This organisation was founded in 2023 by a group of concerned citizens who were passionate about making a difference in the lives of children across world. The organization's name, Maulee, meaning "mother" in Marathi, beautifully encapsulates the organization's mission to provide a mother's nurturing care and hope to underprivileged children. Through their initiatives, Maulee aims to be a guiding maternal figure, offering financial assistance and access to education, to illuminate the path towards a brighter future for these children in need.
Maulee's first program was a scholarship initiative aimed at providing financial assistance to underprivileged children, enabling them to access education. This program achieved immediate success and rapidly expanded to serve hundreds of children in need. Building upon this success, Maulee later introduced its second program, which focused on constructing and equipping schools in rural areas.
